Power-Mac G5 not booting?


i bought g5 power-mac dollar, , nothing works. powers up, , fans continually ramp up. have tries moving ram around according (online) manual, , identical left way was, inverted. graphics card 6800 ultra afaik, serial check websites saying 2 different radeons, isn't. gpu out, fans don't go jetspeed ahead, there still isnt chime. psu makes tiny shock noise, barely audible, when plug or unplug it.
 

what model/specification powermac g5 it? might narrow down problems bit.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
