Sierra dragging on Mac Pro 5,1


mac pro 5,1, new in mid 2013, 3.3 ghz, 6 core, 48 gb ram, 250 gb ssd boot disk, 3tb hd, 1 tb hd, mac gtx680 card.
installed sierra last week, , boy slow , laggy. i've looked find fix, pram reset, smc reset, file cleaners, ect,,doesn't help. noticeable opening itunes , mail, seem crawl. , streaming radio on itunes doesn't work anymore.general internet seems ok, has lag it, not @ snappy el capitan. ideas before have go el capitan?
 

any chance installed on 1 of hdds , not ssd?

have sierra running on 5,1, 64gb memory, 12-core 3.46ghz, 480gb+1tb fusion drive, gtx 680 , 0 lag whatsoever, quick.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
