iCloud Photos & Notes Not Syncing Across Decives


hi,

upgraded iphone 6s 7 , ever since have been having trouble syncing icloud photos , notes between phone , macbook. use macbook control photos (edit, delete, ect) , notes capture things need remember when away actual macbook. it's been month since upgraded phone , nothing syncing. phone says last icloud backup completed today. logged out of icloud on both phone , macbook , made sure logged correct account several times on past month. made sure creating notes in “icloud” , notes , photos selected backed up. tips on how can things syncing across devices again.

os: mac os x sierra 10.12.2
ios: 10.3.3

how did make sure making notes in icloud? having sync issues, too. have written them on 1 cmp , have multiple ios devices , other cmps. never show on other device.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
