Apple deleted my complete iTunes library


after moving holland sweden, found apple works distinct app-stores per country. able purchase specific app, apple advised me switch swedish store , in order switch stores, needed stop dutch subscriptions.

after doing so, apple library empty. uploaded music (itunes match), , purchased music , films (itunes) had disappeared. apple-support explained moving account country, library automatically emptied, without possibility repair, not moving original country. lost hunderds of uploaded cds , hundreds of euros in purchases, 1 push of button. can apple this?

first, not see valid reason why apple need delete anything. don't know better there trafic fo people , goods within eu.

second, if there technical or legal necessity, believe should have been informed before. did not warning, followed instructions apple's system. removal of properties library came unanounced , unexpectable, without consent.

apple-support states had been personal responsibility have backup.

please share experience prevent others making same mistake.
 

first thread title wrong. apple did not delete music files itunes library located on mac, pc or ios device. must have deleted them , steaming online files. apple correct responsibility keep backup of (not itunes library) data. fact: not keeping current backups of data guaranties lose data @ point.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
