12.9" IPP2 Charging Capabilities CONFUSED


since monday's wwdc, have new 12.9 ipp sitting in bag on online apple store waiting me hit button. first confusion had was...what correct camera adapter, standard w/usb2 lightning or usb3 lightning. researched, found no answer going go ahead usb3 lightning camera adapter (to transfer photos camera ipp).
read 12.9" charger not adequate. recommended charger/cable add $75 expensive order, me anyway. shouldnt ok out of box charger tho if i'm not concerned how fast can (re)charge? retired, home day, no hurry! or 12.9" batter run down usage faster used on current 9.7" ipp?
uses browsing, no movies, no gaming , occassional photo editing , planned on photo transferring tethered camera ipp
 

1. lightning port on both gen 12.9 , 10.5 usb 3. else usb 2

2. based on first gen ipad pro 12.9, consumes more 12w while under load, if u use stock charger, drain power when u r plugged in. can still charge while it's locked

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
