Lost data in iOS 11 upgrade


a couple years ago, downloaded file locker app used store important information on phone. app has since been removed app store, , being stupid self kept procrastinating finding new app use despite warnings app not work ios 11. phone updated ios 11 , should have expected, app no longer works , cannot open , access data @ all. attempted revert iphone ios 10.3.3, , used backup have saved on computer know contains of information lost, when iphone attempted redownload of apps backup, app need disappears. have suggestions either on how access app in ios 11, or keep app deleting when try revert phone backup?
 

@bmorebirds if revert, try looking purchases tab within ios app store. should still remain there, believe. however, if you're on ios 11 appears out of luck.

i'm not sure how app works or if retained data though. if it's cloud-based system accessed via login, there's chance information still safe. said, 10.3.3 necessary; too. it's easy upgrade, not downgrade (due apple software signing windows).

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
