Late 2005 PowerMac G5 with a NVIDIA Quadro FX4500 display question


i have lusted after powermac g5s, bought 1 off ebay, nice, clean, late-2005, 2.3ghz dual core. of course have tart bit, maxed out memory, 2tb hdd, , nvidia quadro fx4500 card. use 43" vizio ultra high def tv monitor.
when first turned on after replacing 6600 card nvidia quadro fx4500 thought card defective — got no screen display either dvi — mucked around bit couldn't find wrong. decided share screen imac, , g5 running osx 10.5.8 seeing fx4500, reason wasn't displaying on 43" vizio. switched dvis , when couldn't think of else try connected old monitor fx4500 , got g5s display, , when did vizio tv got display working. don't need old monitor plugged in, connected fx4500 dvi cable.

seems have have old monitor connected fx4500 or display on visio blanks out. eliminate crappy old monitor, know problem , how fix it?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
