Ask for help: Safari is always secretly downloading things


hello everyone, here have problem safari:

found that, when safari open (not quit, small dot left below dock icon), inexplicably secretly downloads things in background. point did not open page, nor did download anything, staying on bookmark page.

istat menu detected phenomenon:

thought maybe istat menu wrong, after looking @ activity manager, it's safari has been downloading continuously.

went check hard disk read , write, not seeing safari read , write files, means did not save computer. why consumed network speed?

asked apple support, suggest me remove plug-in, clear browsing records, reset smc. have no effect @ all......

have ever seen such phenomenon?

How much is my cMP worth?
