Apple Watch charger got wet


my apple watch charger fell bathtub , totally submerged. broke? can test or damage watch?
 

did drop charging brick water well? if did drop charging brick in water, not reuse that, risk electrical shock. charging puck shouldn't damaged, end of lightning cable might have residual or water inside it. if me, replace new 1 or purchase used 1 off-line.
