iPad Air 2 no wifi when locked


i installed internet service. router/rg pace 5286ac. when i'm on 5 gig channel, ipad loose wifi when locked reconnect after unlocking it. cannot receive notifications or imessages also. didn't have issue last rg nvg589. tried 2.4 gig channel , stays on slower download speeds. else have issue?
 

i seemed ocassionally have problem on ipad pro 9.7 stopped after updated latest ios beta version. it's bug on apple's part.

How much is my cMP worth?
