hi all, woke morning, opened screen of macbook air , software seems have updated overnight.
great!
hanging saying 7 minutes go, morning.
not great.
have tried holing down power button, won't switch off!
screen responsive cursor moving about.
can solution doesn't involve open heart surgery?

How much is my cMP worth?
